RULES FOR THE PROVISION OF WARRANTY SERVICE During the warranty period of operation, the consumer has the right to free maintenance of the goods, and in case of defects (deviations from the requirements of regulatory documents) in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Procedure for warranty repair (service) - warranty replacement of technically complex household goods. The warranty card that you received during the purchase is a necessary document confirming the right of the buyer (consumer) to free warranty service of the goods during the warranty period. Accordingly, its absence deprives the buyer (consumer) of the right to free warranty service of the goods. In order to avoid accidents, the appearance of malfunctions in the goods, as well as to ensure effective and proper operation of the goods, the seller recommends, and the buyer (consumer) undertakes to carefully study the technical documentation for the goods (operating instructions, passport for the goods, etc.) and strictly comply with all the requirements specified in it. In case of detection of malfunctions in the goods during the warranty period, it is delivered by the buyer (consumer) to the service center in the standard completeness provided by the manufacturer, and in packaging for its verification (diagnosis), as well as establishing the causes of malfunctions. According to the results of the inspection (diagnosis) of the goods, in case of detection of malfunctions in it (factory defect) associated with the use of poor-quality parts, components and mechanisms by the manufacturer in the manufacture of the goods or its collection, this product is accepted by the service center to eliminate the identified malfunctions. The Seller reserves the right to refuse warranty service (repair) of the goods or make it at the expense of the buyer (consumer), at the choice of the Seller, with mandatory prior notification of the buyer (consumer).If during the inspection (diagnosis) of the goods one or more of the following conditions is detected: • warranty card is missing, or does not correspond to the established sample, including its forgery, forgery of the signature or seal of the seller, etc.; • changed, erased or illegibly written in the warranty card model of the goods, its serial (factory) number, date of purchase, seller's name, seller's seal, etc.; • installation and adjustment of goods by persons who do not have the appropriate authority and qualifications, if this condition is recommended by the manufacturer or seller of the goods; • violation of the stipulated conditions of storage, transportation and use (operation) of the goods specified in the technical documentation for the goods, (passport for the goods, operating instructions, etc.)as well as established by other regulatory acts; • mechanical thermal damage to the goods or its parts, including due to non-compliance with the rules and conditions of operation of the goods specified in the technical documentation for the goods (excess of supply voltage, incorrect installation of connections, thread breaks on mechanical elements (tremolo, locks, drum and plate fasteners, etc.); • signs of unauthorized repair of goods by an unauthorized organization or private person (lack of original fastening, independent analysis of goods, violation of the integrity of warranty seals, other traces of extraneous mechanical impact)• making structural changes to the goods, including modification (modernization) of product systems, various modifications, including the use of software not provided for by the technical documentation for the product (product passport, instruction manual, etc.); • use of consumables, components, parts, components that do not meet the requirements of technical documentation for the product (passport for goods, instruction manual, etc.) and other regulatory documents; • getting inside the goods of foreign objects that are not parts this product, as well as liquids, insects or products of their vital activity, which caused the malfunctions of the goods;
• natural disasters or illegal actions of third parties; • in other cases of violation by the consumer of the rules of operation of the goods. Termination of the Seller's warranty obligations in the above cases automatically terminates for the buyer (consumer) the obligations regarding the service life (suitability) of the goods. Warranty obligations do not apply to: • parts, components and mechanisms of goods that have failed as a result of their natural wear, consumables and materials that have a limited period of use. (processing parts, batteries, lamps, etc.) • cables, antennas, guitar, microphone and keyboard racks, microphone capsules, wind protection and headsets for microphones, strings and other accessories; • software installed on a magnetic "hard disk" storage media that is part of the product or on disks, zip, jazz, flash and other information carriers; • periodic maintenance of goods, including modification. (modernization) of the systems of goods and software, its repair or replacement of parts due to their moral deterioration. The seller is not responsible for the loss of information that was on the magnetic "hard disk" or on disks, zip, jazz, flash and other media at the time of transfer of the goods to the service center for its verification (diagnosis) or repair. Faulty parts of the goods, its parts, components and mechanisms that are replaced during the repair with serviceable ones are the property of the Seller and cannot be transferred to the buyer (consumer).
