Ukulele strings are made from soft synthetic materials—nylon or fluorocarbon. However, they differ significantly in length and gauge (tension) depending on your specific model:

- Strings for concert ukuleles: Suitable for slightly larger and louder instruments. The “concert” body produces a deeper sound, so the strings for it have slightly higher tension to fully unlock this richness.
